🎵 Winchester Foodies Festival | 17–19 July

The Winchester Foodies Festival returns to the historic cathedral city with top chefs, live music, food theatre, and baking demonstrations. Perfect for food lovers and families alike, this festival celebrates the best of local and international cuisine.

⛵ Emirates Great Britain Sail Grand Prix | 25–26 July

Watch cutting-edge F50 catamarans race across The Solent at breathtaking speeds. The Sail Grand Prix brings world-class sailing competition to Portsmouth waters—a spectacular sight you will not want to miss.

🎪 New Forest & Hampshire County Show | 28–30 July

This major agricultural show at Brockenhurst spans 30 acres and attracts 85,000–95,000 visitors. Featuring livestock competitions, international show jumping, heavy horse musical drive, over 70 free activities, 600 trade stalls, and fantastic food and drink. A true celebration of Hampshire rural heritage.

✈️ Farnborough International Airshow Public Day | 24 July

Experience the thrill of aviation at one of the world premier airshows. The public day offers spectacular aerial displays, ground exhibitions, and a chance to see the latest in aerospace technology.

🎭 Southampton Mela Festival | July (Date TBC)

🎉 Boomtown Festival | 12–16 August

The legendary Boomtown returns to the Matterley Estate near Winchester. This immersive theatrical festival welcomes 66,000 attendees across multiple themed districts. With genres spanning reggae, drum & bass, punk, techno, and folk, Boomtown offers an unparalleled creative experience.

🎸 Victorious Festival | 28–30 August

Southsea Common hosts one of the UK biggest bank holiday festivals. Victorious features major headliners, a dedicated kids arena, comedy tent, and family-friendly atmosphere. Previous years have seen acts like Richard Ashcroft, The Black Keys, and Kasabian grace the stages.

🧚 New Forest Fairy Festival | 8–9 August

🏎️ Bennetts British Superbike Championship | 14–16 August

🎶 Mucky Weekender Festival | 10–12 September

This boutique 3-day festival at Vicarage Farm, Woodmancott near Winchester is curated by Dub Pistols Barry Ashworth. Intimate and community-focused, it offers a more personal festival experience with fantastic music and atmosphere.

🎨 Hampshire Open Studios | 22 August – 20 September

Local artists and makers across Hampshire open their studios to the public. Visit the New Forest Heritage Centre and various locations throughout the county to meet creators, see demonstrations, and purchase unique artwork.

🦁 Portsmouth Pride & Lion Sculptures | Through 13 September

Portsmouth city centenary celebration continues with an art trail featuring lion sculptures throughout the city. A wonderful way to explore Portsmouth while enjoying public art.
